Does this haver any/much tuning or is it just forza level?

not sure if its related to scripthook but, the game is unplayable and stuttery (EGS), fresh install no mods etc, was wondering if anyone else is having this issue, (process affinity set to high too)
@BullseyeSBT persist setting? where is that option in the menu?
@BullseyeSBT same, me and my friends cannot spawn DLC vehicles anymore
so since the latest gta "update" earlier this week, the game wont allow you to spawn DLC cars using menyoo, is there a fix or does menyoo need to be updated?
