Hi, the mod is nice, but there's no changelog of what you changed in version 1.2. I think you forgot to include it in the description. Also, there's no mention of 1.2v in Redme, and the update list has a typo:

great map but I don't understand why the manifest file is missing while in your other mods the maniefest is there
Good map work. The only things I'd like to see are a few bushes around, and maybe some spring or winter trees to add a bit of atmosphere. Otherwise, this map is a top-notch, with no FPS drops and it works wonderfully.
I have a suggestion for the author about one or two possible locations. It would be nice to have some vegetation or props for greepseed, or to bring some life to Sandy Shores, since these maps are almost all for the legacy version and almost all have too many unnecessary props and a lot of frame rate drops.

Spectacular map that doesn't impact performance in any way. I'll just give you one suggestion: to avoid traffic problems and related collisions, it would be better to move the car wrecks further inland from the sidewalk. In my case, as a user who also uses lcpdfr, this could interfere with chases in some way, causing involuntary accidents for the AI. Furthermore, those who use custom traffic mods like buses or industrial vehicles on the road could experience collision problems and thus drive traffic crazy. Otherwise, an excellent mod, 5 stars.
