1. navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
create a new folder called "svt00" and place this "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder
2. export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any text editor, add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\svt00\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" again to the path mentioned above using OpenIV
4. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
car spawn name : svt00

Hey so, I don't know if I'm retarded or something here, but after checking for mistakes a good couple times, the game just crashes before it even gets a chance to load me into single player, anyone else had something like this happen that could find a solution?
eh I don't understand why the vehicle mod has no sound, did I make a mistake when installing it?

Hey man, I installed the vehicle but whenever I try to spawn it, the game crash.
I'm a huge Cobra fan so hopefully you can fix it!
@Abolfazldanaee hi man, nice update for this one,but i think you missed one spot in headlight, it only turns on the City light only when in low beam while the headliights remains off, it only turned on when u use high beam, perhaps u could look for that, overall this is the nicest SVT2000 out here ,cheers
