first person camera is very, very bad and not working dashboard

@mortid eehm yeah no working dashboard and i probably will never make it work because i don't know how and i don't care about dials tbh, but why driving in first person is bad?

Men what with you is wrong?) You made one of the best models now, but handling for it is terrible, btw there is bug with wheels, in some lighting it is like a mirror.

@ProGammer1111 Use the Dubsta handling instead.

fix the wheels texture and add some brake calipers
