3. Then go to "update.rpf" make a copy in mods folder by pressing "Show in "mods" folder".
3. Then go to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
4. Paste the file (10gtscpd) inside this path
5. then go to update > update.rpf > common > data > scroll down and open "dlclist.xml"
6. paste this line with other Items "dlcpacks:/10gtscpd/"
7. save and close.
8. Open the game and spawn it by using "TrainerV" then type: 10gtscpd

@Scrapper13 someone who put ELS in the past with these NFS HP (Hot Pursuit) Car mods and then it doens't show as ELS anymore. Idk how to do it all with non-els to ELS it's impossible
I know this might be a bit forward to ask, but would you consider making a 2013 GT500 Super Snake police car? I really love that blue paint job
