Since I started playing the GTA series I've always loved messing with handling values.
This is the result and a tribute to one of my favourite cars.
I decided to share it with all of you because I'm sure many will love this setup; and
this car is incredibly fun to drive, yet not to be considered a final version.
It includes:

Advice for a better driving and customizing experience:

Installation:
The archive contains two files, which have the same handling (so you'll need only one).
This is the result and a tribute to one of my favourite cars.
I decided to share it with all of you because I'm sure many will love this setup; and
this car is incredibly fun to drive, yet not to be considered a final version.
It includes:
- Mothafukkin' engine power and clutch changerate (you'll get kicked in your asses when pressing the throttle, i promise)
- Fairly good max speed, brakes and handbrake
- Balanced traction loss and traction curve
aaand..From version 3.0:
- Reworked suspensions!

Advice for a better driving and customizing experience:
- Be thrifty when pressing the throttle, this car is FAST
- Do not go directly to the los santos custom and get the max specs possible...give it a try first, take some time to get to know it.
- In case you want more power I advice you to only upgrade the transmission and the turbo, and leave the standard engine (that's more a matter of personal preference)
- I find offroad tires are better also on the streets
- From 3.0: suspensions are now softer, and it really makes a difference choosing between standard, low, street and race supensions at LSC!
- All the rest is personal experimentation...try different setups and let me know what you think

- SultanRS++.txt has only the lines of the sultan, and it's meant to be copied and pasted in your handling.meta file (for those of you who have other modded vehicles)

Hi guys, version 3.0 is pending approval! Suspensions are softer now, and it makes sense in terms of grip and responsiveness on different surfaces to customize it at Los Santos Custom.
Examples:
- For offroading i would choose stock or lowered suspensions;
- for stunting i would go for street or sport suspensions;
- if you want to drive rally fast especially on alphalt, hold the steering and be sticked to the ground choose competition suspensions (lowest setup).

Why does engine performance decrease when you upgrade the engine?
i'm not sure about it...i noticed it once; all the other times when i upgraded the engine i found the car to behave in a strange way; i just didn't like the feeling it gave
Sry, i'm new to GTA5, but how can i get this car? simple trainer could spawn only usual "sultan" am i wrong?
@Rezak GTAV only has one version of the sultan, which is this one; when you customize it at los santos custom it becomes "RS"
Generally speaking one of the main issues with V handling have always been the suspensions; the majority complained it to be unrealistic because too stiff...
Now that the values that are most involved in performance and balance are likely ok, i'm focusing on learning something onto suspensions. if you guys ever looked to the handling strings you probably have noticed how many values does control the suspensions..there are many! daaamn!here is where things gets tricky!! i'm opened to hints from you by the way
Basically the car is already ok, but i'll keep pushing in order to give justice to those ++ besides the trademark ;D
i also wanted to say that i would like so much to see my handling being used in some in-game video, being it stunts, short movie, police chase or whatever, so if you are good directors as well as players/stunters consider using this badass car in it (or advice it to your friends)!
