My second little handling mod,

Always found the toro too slow ? with 2 big v12 engines it should at least go a bit quicker.

Reduced the drag and increased some power shifted a bit of weight around and voila a still heavy feeling Speed Cruiser boat, but now it also packs a punch :)

Have fun driving the toro, install instructions in readme!
