Thank you @Crow, in about an hour my video showing how I got this Weapon into the game will of finished uploading to youtube, its a more advanced tutorial on how to get weapons into the game and shows that anyone can do it, if your interested check back here for the video.

Again, what is important is the placement of the weapon related to the character hands, because this is something you can't finetune outside of 3DSMAX.
On the other hand, for the sights in first person (or the standard aiming mode) you can finetune the position of your weapon, in order to have perfect accuracy in first person, inside weapons.meta.
And i really can't emphasize this part enough. Do not do that in 3DSMAX, this is an absolute waste of time, the most important part is having the hands of the character sitting properly on the weapon (hands high as possible on the grip) the rest can be done via external files.
See, i quickly put together a combat axis relock type of thing on the combat pistol :

This effect was achieved entirely with weapons.meta editing. You can do the same thing for aiming down the sights with extremely precise (down to 0.000001) values in order to align the sights with the crosshair perfectly.
tl;dr : don't bother with aligning sights in 3DSMAX, this can be done externally. The only thing you should do in 3DSMAX is making sure the weapon fits properly (size and height mostly) to look good (no gaps, no hand sitting too low on the grip) inside the hands of the character once ingame.

@Drkz that is good advice but frankly the weapons.meta scares me lol I would rather modify the weapons slightly then mess with that.
@TrophiHunter You shouldn't. Weapons.meta is one of the most straightforward and easiest .meta file to edit. I'm sure it could be a valuable asset to you, if you plan to keep importing weapons.

Can you attach a suppressor? and or scope and flashlight? I'm guessing the scope would add a second stock if you can since it's replacing the Micro-SMG?
