This mod makes it so all gang members in The Families(green) and Ballas(purple) spawn with Micro SMGs, as I feel they are needed in the game. They spawned with them in GTA: San Andreas so why not in GTA V? I have also added options for Sawn Off Shotguns and AK47 Assault Rifles so now all gang members have a chance to spawn with these weapons.
This mod is compatible with Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement v1.362 by BobJaneTMart - Once you download his mod just replaced loadouts.meta with the one you get from this mod.
I have created four separate folders depending on which weapon you want them to spawn with. They will still spawn with pistols whichever option you choose. You can choose one of three weapons the Micro SMG, AK47 Assault Rifle or Shotgun option and then the final folder allows for the gangsters to spawn with all three weapons at once.
Installation:
Open OpenIV, Enable Edit Mode,
Navigate to update/update/rpf/common/data/ai,
Backup and then delete loadouts.meta,
Drag and drop loadouts.meta into OpenIV.

- Now compatible with Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement v1.362 by BobJaneTMart
v1.2:
- Added option that allows all weapons to spawn at once (Pistol, MicroSMG, Sawn off Shotgun and AK47 Assault Rifle) Now all the gangsters will spawn with one of these guns, the pistol has the highest chance to spawn
- Increased ammo for all guns
- Reduced chance of Micro SMG spawn
- Reduced chance of AK47 Assault rifle spawn
- Reduced chance of Sawn off Shotgun spawn

Upcoming updates:

@Jon Do LOADOUT_FAMILY only covers both the Families who are the green gangsters found around Franklins house and the purple gangsters who are the Ballas. Sure, you can bundle this with whatever you want :)

@smittyjaja u need ton increase the chance of spawning with all the other wepons and decrease the chance of spawning with a pistol!!! GOOD JOB THO!!
man u must increased chance spawning micro smg to 50%
shotgun to 10%
and ak47 to 5 %
do you remmember gta san andreas? ballas use 50%micro smg and 50%pistol
when in gang war they have AK-47s, MP5's, Shotgun's, 9mm pistols, Micro Uzi's

@Jon Do Can you help me understand how is working loadout cycle? I hate that not all ballas or families from different streets can get a weapons. But when I'm trying to kill some passive gang member and when he fall down I see animation of taking pistol before death.
Another thing that when I change LOADOUT_DEFAULT to handle pistol it works perfect. How to make all visual gang mebers able to use weapons?
hey can you make all gangs use tasers 40%of the time? and send the loadout? i have like a futuristic city in progress lol

can you make a combat pistol one so if you have the glock replacement, gangs will have glocks (like most gangsters in real life)
You can just replace the normal pistol file with a Glock one, by the naming the Glock file the same as the original pistol one @RSPanda
