Heat Graphics Overhaul is a preset of ENBSeries and ReShade inspired by the visuals of NFS 2015 and NFS Heat so it doesn't look real.
I am happy to share this graphic preset in which I have been working for a long time, it started as something personal but today I decided to share it with you :D
INSTALLATION:
If you have reshade / enbseries installed I recommend doing a clean installation
1- Download enb binaries from: http://enbdev.com/enbseries_gta5_v0387.zip
2- Extract enb binaries and drop to gta5 main directory
3- Download ReShade from https://reshade.me and install it
4- Select only MatsoDOF,Clarity,AmbientLight,MultiLUT,FilmicPass,Mode3,CA shaders from the pop up dialog
5- Drag and drop Heat preset to gta5 main directory and reemplace everything
6- Start game, when loads press "+ Key" and select HeatPreset from the ReShade Window
EXTRA STEPS:

7- Download and install Visual V by CP & robi29: https://es.gta5-mods.com/misc/visualv
8- Download and install Natural Vision Remastered by Razed: https://es.gta5-mods.com/misc/naturalvision-photorealistic-gtav
9- Install Brigther nights from Natural Vision Remastere
10- Put screen brightness at 40%

@crossfire123 there is NO MatsoDOF, Mode3,CA in the shaders of the latest RESAHDE
@Himura You tried a previous version?, it seems that reshade was updated.
Use which version of Reshade?
the last from resahde 4.3.3 or something

Game honestly looks pretty good for GTA sadly doesn't have the same deal of effects as NFS Heat,but great work nonetheless

crossfire123, I'm curious how did you get this to work (ENB is kinda outdated and partly broken due to Boris' statement, however that staement might be outdated since ENB got an update in july this year).
But as far as I know, so far nobody was able to get any Reshade version higher than 3.1 PLUS ENB working on Win10 64. And I can only get reshade to load, but both will whether crash or load the game without any hook being applied.
So what windows version are you using? I tried several combinations of proxy settings in ENB, renamed reshade binaries, etc..

Reshade is not working , even after renaming dxgi to d3d11 , the reshade is not working . Game is crashing if the file is not renamed .
Works on integrated graphics but doesn't work in dedicated graphics .

@InoryLee Same haha. I did every step and the ENB menu wont pop up. I tried Shift + Enter and nothing happend.
I have problems installing it any tips, it looks very good but idk how to install it, when i do it i lose 50fps and its very blurry
this enb and reshade is so amazing! i love how it looks ingame:D
I don't know if its just me but this preset no longer works with the latest reshade. I use to have this preset so I know it worked at some point but since gta has updated so much the game crashes with older versions of reshade. Please update this preset cause its actually pretty cool and doesn't hurt my eyes like other presets.
Can u make a neon colours overhaul enb like vice city......
