Reinvigorate your passion for this decade old timeless tale with texture improvements on a limited number of neglected props that Rockstar seemingly felt too bumptious and supercilious to texture properly. Ogle upon the worn texture on the back of Michael's janitor identification in the Bureau Raid, or gaze upon the dazzling sheen of glass backing Steve Haines' cellular device in By The Book. No matter who you are, the improvements upon your life in the downloading of this pack are incalculable.

- Cutscene NPC cell phones. Now designed after the iPhone 5S, the most recent iPhone release as of the story's setting in 2013
- The padlocks used to chain Michael's feet to the meat hook in Fresh Meat
- Franklin's driver license in Marriage Counseling
- Michael's janitor ID from the Bureau Raid and the trust fund kid's driver license in I Fought The Law (they share a prop)
- Manuel's passport Josef throws out the car window in An American Welcome
With these improved textures, Grand Theft Auto V can be enjoyed for decades to come

Step 1: make sure you use a mods folder
Step 2: Extract the contents of the folder into x64c.rpf>levels>gta5>props>lev_des>v_minigame.rpf

Just going through the prop_ld_id_cards.ytd file, the License has Franklin's signature but photo is of someone else...
@shifuguru yeah it being that you only see it far away in cutscenes I sort of got lazy as you'd never see it close enough to discern the signatures but could see the general layout, state name, and picture. might change it at some point.
