Love and Peace to the Community!
I worked hundreds of hours to get a new Vision of the GTA V World.
It doesn´t matter where or at what time and weather you are in the Game, you will always have a unique expirience to explore a underexposed world and shootouts and fights will be even more amazing now! Driving around with high quality cars will hopefully blow you´re mind.:)
But you need first to install a couple of high Quality Mods for the best expirience, such as HD Vegetation, Beach and Roads Modifications and many others, you´ll find them all here on www.gta5-mods.com.
The Tools and Mods you need to download & install first is "Reshade Version 1.1.0f1" and "ENB v0.275". And you need to install "VisualV" first.
After that just drag and drop my Files from the ENB and Reshade Folder to the ones you´ve installed before. Replace all the files. Done!
I hope you enjoy it. If you have any further questions do not hestitate to comment. And please respect this work and do not reupload or copy it.

Thanks to all of you. I changed the Titel. I think you are all right. It´s not photorealistic. It´s maybe time to go to a ophthalmologist. But i hope there are people who like this kind of Graphics. Have a nice Day!:)
It's not even close to be called "Photorealistic".
I get the same result by lowering the contrast in my monitor without dropping FPS. I think your profile name makes sense now...

@The_Illusionist To be quite honest, I think that you just need better experience modding instead of boasting about a ReShade/ENB preset being photorealistic.
How to make it better:
1.) Make the ReShade look a little less blue and low-contrasted.
2.) Make your own Timecycle for different weathers.
3.) Make an appointment with your optometrist.
4.) Make better choices w/ time.
He doesn't even mention it's "Photorealistic" anywhere and why do you guys jump in and say it's not even close to Photorealistic? Are you guys that retarded? Anyway good job and fk the salty people.
Hmmm... I know it's not meant to be realistic but to me it's called,"Tinted Reality". Just sounds nice to me.

To lower a little the contrast and the color of the sky would be good, since in the days the ground seems to be only a white texture
