This is my modification of physicstasks.ymt file which controls the euphoria reactions ingame.
Is based on RAGEragdoll mod and RDR ragdoll,but i think this is more realistic and fun :)
Features:
-Realistic reaction to head traumas and melee
-Pain reaction to shots
-Realistic headshot reactions(i dont like rageragdoll or rdr ragdoll headshots, they are not realistic in any sense)
1.0:
-This is the original version, focused only on pure realism(
my philosophy is the more realism the better), you will feel the power of your weapons on your enemies
-Works much better with my other mod that modifies weapons:https://gta5-mods.com/weapons/ultimate-ballistic-and-gunplay-1-0
1.1(alternate):
-This is a retouched version which adds more reaction and balancing
for those who want to sacrifice a bit of realism in pursuit of fun(more grotesque reactions, more like Red dead redemption II)
1.2:
-Headshot has been improved, now is more realistic and headshot sometimes makes the ped had a shock because massive head trauma.
1.3:
-Now headshot will be improved a lot, the nerves and muscles get tense and sometimes the ped had a shock trauma with seizures.In my opinion this is my best advance in headshot realism. Hope you like and rate it¡ (see last video)
1.5:
-Added new and unique reactions
-Every weapon has a particular ragdoll reaction
-Improved headshots (more randomized)
-Many fixes and improvement
1.6:
-Headshots refined and improved
1.7:
-After a looong time, i´ve decided to continue improving this mod. I had retouched many parameters and bullet forces. Please add feedback and comment what aspect would you change :). Next version i hope i can add some parameters from Red Dead Redemption 2 if i can take a look inside the files.
Installing:
-With OpenIV overwrite vanilla Physicstasks.ymt with mine in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\tune
-I will update both versions

You said its anatomically... but anatomically if you get shot no matter where you will bleed until you pass out. Think about this. Just an idea.I really want a ragdoll mod that makes NPCs bleed until they pass out.

The 1.5 version seems to be the best. The rest of the version is not too much fun to react to the headshot. One of the reasons why the euphoria version of the past is so popular. This is due to exaggerated reactions and slow-falling motion.
make them walk more and stand more. thats all the mod needs

Possible to make them go completely stiff after headshot? With no balancing whatsoever almost like turning them into a statue

any update ? they should not be standing up for more than 3 seconds . it looks like they are dancing lol
hey i dont know why but when ever i try to install it doesnt work in game and also the file that is supposed to be there is not and i dont know what to do because this looks like the most realistic one

I think it would be better if they dropped faster or went stiff after being shot
@stickyamongus fr we need a mod where headshots make them drop fast then they go stiff

this isnt realistic, im pretty sure if someone got shot in the head they wouldnt be flinging there arms and walking backwards for 5 seconds before falling over.
"realistic ragdoll" yea i dont think people are supposed to do the macarena when they die
