Replace "hair_003_u.ydd" and "hair_diff_003_a_uni.ytd" in "mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one" with OpenIV. You can also replace any other hair style just rename the model and texture files accordingly.

I converted the GTA Online dreads hairstyle to Franklin and replaced the ugly Cornrows hairstyle. As you can see, he looks way different and a lot like Chief Keef.
