What this modification does is turn the regular unarmed Traffic Warden into an armed beat cop. There is two models for the traffic warden, this one replaces ig_trafficwarden.

@LtRob It really shouldn't, but it's on there by default and I'm no good modder so I doubt I would be able to remove it.
