It replaces an orange version of the black leather jacket in amongst the tuner update clothing.

With OpenIV, drag the .ytd into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mptuner/dlc1.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mptuner_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_tunerf"
