UPDATE 2.0
Update 2.0 is now complete. Many thanks to you guys for your suggestions! I implemented a number of them, plus a few other things. Enjoy!
Changes
Premise
Want to add a little bit of a challenge to your drive? Fire-up Krazy Kar! There isn't much to it, just press ALT+K to toggle the mod on/off. When the mod is on and you're in a car then all kinds of calamity will ensue! Your car's tires pop and repair themselves randomly. Your car bounces up and down unpredictably. And your car's doors, lights, horn, blinkers, brake lights, neon lights, paint and roof will go bonkers, too! Try different vehicles out. Doesn't work so much in aircraft. Your vehicle will take body and engine damage, etc. but when you turn the mod off, your vehicle will be repaired in its current color scheme. Likewise, damaged vehicles are repaired when you start the mod.
If something like this already exists then please pardon my redundancy. I'm just experimenting with ideas as I learn the ScriptHookVDotNet API.
Cheers!
Prerequisites
ScriptHookVDotNet
Installation
Just copy the KrazyKar.dll file from this zip to your GTAV scripts directory. If it doesn't exist yet, just create it and drop the file into it. Typically, the path to this is: ".\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\"
Options
There's no ini. There're no options. Just go KRAZY!

Update 2.0 is now complete. Many thanks to you guys for your suggestions! I implemented a number of them, plus a few other things. Enjoy!
Changes
- All behavior is now based more on random chance than timing.
- You can now change the rate at which random events occur using the options in the new KrazyKar.ini file.
- You can quickly change the delay rate (DELAY_INTERVAL) while in-game/in-mod by using ALT+PageUp or ALT+PageDown to increase or decrease the delay by +1/-1 units at a time. The mod saves the last set value automatically, so you don't have to manually edit the ini.
- Increase/decrease random bounce height by using ALT+NumPad9 or ALT+NumPad6,respectively. This setting is saved to the ini automatically.
- Burst nearby vehicle's tires by setting BURSTNEARBY to true (manual ini change).
- Balls! Press ALT+B to toggle random balls spawning from your vehicle. Be careful though, if you spawn too many of them you stand a good chance of crashing GTA. Whatever this is toggled to is automatically saved in the ini. I recommend turning this off when using a very low delay rate.
- Tons of options can be set on or off in the ini. Just change true to false, etc.
- Blinkers work when pressing A or D and turn off when pressing W or S
- Feel like getting high quickly? I like to! Especially good for when you just have the urge to do a quick skydive. Press NumPad0 while mod is active for some quick vertical thrust!
- Spawn a clown van while in-mod. Why? Why not! Press ALT+L

Version 2.0 is out!
@WingsOnHigh It is very funny and I love it. The only improvement for me will be the configurable frequency of events. From half a second as it is now to maybe 10 seconds between events or random time as element of surprize.
@WingsOnHigh It would be more fun if these effects would not occur all the time but in random time intervals. Maybe you can make this adjustable. So the player can set a time range of occurrence between what we see in this video and just one every couple of minutes. Just imagine you play cop, you chase someone and suddenly - BOING - you car engine blows. :D
LMAO!!! HAD ME ROLLING THIS MORNING!!! 5 STARS, video on here was hilarious also
like
Hahah So Cool. Very like that. thank you so crazy ^^
@WingsOnHigh drugs are baaad mmkayy?
Five stars for making most irritating mod ever!!!

@vithepunisher Thank you!!!
@BigGrayGolem Haha! Thanks! =)
@Sm00thOps Heehee... ;)
@Cyron43 Great idea! I can surely implement that for the next update.
It's like something I would expect to see in Goat Simulator.

@bloodykills - i'm just no fan of 'ratings', because for the most part there's little or nothing involved in assigning a score to really tell the author about why you rate it so low/high etc. Now i'm not implying that it happens here (but in probability, it's highly possible as elsewhere), but there's a pretty big 'if i rate you high, you'll notice me and maybe return the favour on my mod, irrespective of how sh*t an effort it is' similar to how in SocNet circles, there's huge "i'll give your post a like, so you'll do the same for me". To my way of thinking, if you take even 5 seconds to note a written like/dislike of the effort and at least a short note to why, it gives the author food for thought - if it's just irrational hate stuff written, it's disgarded but if it's highlighting maybe something you kinda never finished that's maybe ruining an otherwise good effort (or a seriously flawed element that never came on the author's radar in test, but intensive use reveals it), that's doing the author a huge favour and for those starting out, it's almost essential you help them realise what they may have done wrong (often by overlooking something, or created a problem through overly complicated and unnecessary algorithms).
That's why, in the instance of this mod, i made a point of noting that focusing more on the 'clown car' aspect of it (as a form of funny weird chaos) was worth doing and toning down on the more 'destructive potential' bit that goes with a 'chaos car' idea - it shows you realise it's not bad, maybe not flawed even, just maybe needs a little refocusing on the object of the exercise - a star rating and a random two/three syllable 'cool dude'/'it sucks dude' comment (of which there are many examples of that kind on forums etc) is hopeless at pointing the author in the right direction (of where you feel they were trying to go) or pointing out scope for a different direction (but not necessarily calling it flawed/bad).
YOU MADE MY DAY LOL!!!
Great mod for making driving fun again.
