@Smasher02 If you haven't solved this problem yet, the problem is with modkits probably got taken by update cars. You can manually change them inside .meta files to make it work with new game builds.
For example you can set modkit id to 995 (I've checked it and it worked for me)
In carcols.meta look for line with <kitName> and replace whole line with "<kitName>995_komodafr_modkit</kitName>" and 1 line below you can find "<id value=" also replace that whole line with this text "<id value="995" />"
Inside carvariations.meta look for line with <kits> and <item> containing original modkit id, replace it with this line "<Item>995_komodafr_modkit</Item>".
Basically you have to match new modkit IDs numbers with these 2 files and modkit id (numbers) should be unique for every car. If 2 cars have same number inside modkit id it won't work on added car. Same applies with addon cars, if you have conflict with same modkits you can resolve problem by yourself following my simple explantation.

@V3ST3R19 I guess main difference is that with ymtEdit you can make .ymt for any ped you'd like to or use it for creating your own ped and with this tool you can create clothing addons only for mp female and mp male which replaces avaiable paid cloth tools
It's useful in creating clothing resources for alternative multiplayers

I'm not hating this. The map is kinda cool but I've got a question. Why there's very Russian style parking lot and gas station, and rest of map in Japanese style with Japanese structures? Just wondering cause it's strange mix of structures used here, but still gonna give it a try in game cause looks cool to drive around.
