I can say for certain what you have now, my game DOES boot up with the mod installed, but it just can't do Missions, specifically Trevor, but I havent gotten that far. This is one of the few mods that my game does boot up with

@ikt No, it does not crash when uninstalled. I've found something a bit more interesting. It seems like GTAV missions do not like the traffic being messed with. I was wondering maybe if you could experiment with making a setting that disables anything traffic related when you start a mission? I've noticed this as I've tried adding a game config file that messed with traffic and it froze my game as I tried to start a mission and then my game wouldn't start up. Also, I keep my games updated to the latest versions as well.
I have installed Script Hook V, SHV Dot Com, Heap Adjuster, and File Package Adjuster.
My desktop can handle it, I got a 5070 Ti, i7-14700K, 32GB RAM.

My settings:
All default except Max Vehicles: 12.

Any panels or parts to mod the car?

I think I found a bug with your mod. During the mission "Mister Trevor", my game proceeds to crash and this is the only mod that I have installed that really touches anything. All I have other than Add on spawner is a script for pop up headlights and a few car mods that only add cars into the game.

Could you please update the mod and verify there are no other issues with story mode? It's specifically when you start chasing the bikes and the truck when being first introduced to Trevor during "Mister Trevor".
