@iammistahwolf The only difference from the original tutorial to the way I replaced it was that the path to the files I replaced was:
OpenIV > GTA V > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mppatchesng > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mppatches.rpf
The other steps were identical to those of the author. And how to install as ped is the same as how to install any other mod ped
