@korro2 did you check the dlclist.xml it happens when something in wrong in dlclist.xml like <!-- -->

@WeebGirlsrCringe first of all 1.66 is 3 years old you need to mod your game from scratch. so remove mod folder then clean install the game after that start over download and install necessary files scripthook asi loader dot net etc. then create mods folder and copy update and update2 .rpf files in mods/update folder. After that instal the gameconfig. then install heap adjuster packfile limit adjuster and fwbox decals patch after that run the game you will see its going to open. After that you will mod your game without problem. Current game version is 1.72 so try to open it with 1.66 is sounds very problematic.

@LRNSR ıts in trainerv.ini search it mpmap=0 is default value make it 1 to enable online map.

@Abbi_PriceXo ınteresting its not problem in my pc or phone i can delete both. You can remove it with unlocker its a small program which can delete any admin privilages folder or content. And in that error files seems already deleted can you check the temp folder then delete everything in there maybe with that way resolve your problem.
