Im not sure I understand your issue, however if it helps, one of the last updates changed the handling values, thus rendering the old file fairly useless. I also noticed that its almost required to rebuild update.rpf after installing the handling.meta for it to take affect.

@K régo as mágoas this mod is outdated, I've only recently started on am updated version. To lower vehicles you use "fsuspensionraise" via "-0.060000"
@Killatomate I'd like to combine my handling with yours. It consists of increased deformation, minimal explosions(Can run over cars w/tank w/o explosions) , increased traction, minimal changes to your speeds, lifted truck/SUVs, lowered/slammed cars/SUVs. I admire your changes to the automated brake removal and transmission shift schedules. Please advise, thank you.
