How do I install this? I'm using mod manager but it only shows up as "scripts". I push insert but nothing happens.

Does mods like this work with the new gta v update? I haven't updated let just wanna make sure.
I still haven't tranfered my online character and never went online since the game launched on pc, so I can use mods in single player without getting banned right?
