For the people having problems with hats, install https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/pedprop-limit-adjuster and that should fix it. I am running almost 100gb worth of mods from all categories and there's no issues on my end. And for future issues that you may run into, check every mod page (like this one, femalemods, or gekkolilly's mods) thoroughly, including comments for any potential hidden fixes.

No reason to use this when you have Advanced Street Lights, for free, with 30 options to choose from. Modding should be free, and not paid.

This mod works just fine on the latest version of the game. Instead of using the automatic installer, I opened the (cyanish white, but you can choose whatever you prefer) .oiv file with winrar and followed the paths shown in assembly.xml, then added the files manually. I am running 50gb+ worth of mods and the game doesn't crash at any point. To download the mod, search on google "advanced street lights gta 5" and find the mod on the other modding site, then download the 1.2 singleplayer file. Crashes your game as soon as you spawn it in single player.

Works properly only if you follow cixler's comment in response to SD1ONE.
