I never liked the way enemies run towards you during shootout like they where some badass kamikaze, so what this script basically does is:
If you are shooting for a X period against enemies they try to find cover instead of attacking you, if you are not shooting anymore, after an amount of time they get back running toward your position.
There's a bar you need to fill by shooting at enemy area, once the bar is full, enemies change their combat approch. They seek for cover and attack you from long distance. Once the bar runs out, they get back at you with a more violent attitude, trying to charge you and keeping less distance between them and you.
You can adjust some values in the ini. More to come in the near future.

put the dll the pdb and the ini file in your script folder

This is nice, there are instances in which enemies just stand there, but I'm sure you will iron them out eventually

@thalilmythos thats because all the cover point are occupied by other npc and they don't know what to do. I'm searching a solution for that!
