It is crashing my game. At first, I tried it with my existing mods folder (NVE etc) and then I tried with a fresh mod folder with only this mod. It crashed in both the cases.
For some reason, my game crashes when I'm near the tiny circular road East of the source of Zancudo River (SouthWest of Alamo Sea). Removing bctls from dlclist stops the crashes.
