how do I make it so my player does not bleed out of my head when invincible

Can you fix the mp character customization so you can add eye brows and facial hair
This is a great mod and I really want to play it but it will only work when I don't use other mods and play with low settings. My PC is good and new and I can play fine with everything else except this mod do you know how to fix this?
