After seeing ENT in serious need of an update (and with the other ENT members not having the time anymore to update ENT) I've taken on the role of keeping ENT as up to date as I can.
I've been releasing updates on GTAForums for a while now, but due to multiple requests - I'm going to put the changes here as well as in the ENT thread on GTAForums
This is built on Enhanced Native Trainer update 28 (so your previous database file and config will work with this).
Notable features include:
- Skin customiser
- Vehicle customiser
- Weapon customiser
- Organised & extra vehicles
- Organised & extra teleport locations
- Ability to save vehicles & skins
- Many additional general options
- Saves/restores settings across multiple uses
- Controller support
For installation details and keys/controls, and what's new in each release, please read the document in the ZIP.
This will tell you, for example, that by default, game controls are disabled whilst in the menu, but that you can turn this off in Miscellaneous > Trainer Options. See, useful.
You can redefine the keys using the supplied XML, which should be placed in the game directory.
Known Issues:
- Reshade 1.1 will crash your game if you run ENT alongside it. I'm told Redux works fine however. It's way above my head, so not something I can fix.
- When loading ENT, unplug any controller and let your game load before plugging it back in. Not doing this will result in your game crashing during loading, or an infinite loading screen!
I've included the original thread as I (and others) still use it to test builds and give feedback on them.
If any of the other ENT team members want me to rename my updated fork of ENT (to prevent issues with the names and anything I may add which they may not want in ENT), please PM me and I'll change it.

Enhanced Native Trainer: Update 51
Added:
* Added new vehicle preview images; NPCs and weapons (the railgun wasn't added as it's no different to the SP one).
* Re-added and updated the anti-vehicle despawn global back in as we need to fix the auto-updating code due to R*'s recent changes.

Script crashes while Spawning the Saved Bodyguard with specific Models
[ Details ]
Spawning the Saved Bodyguard triggers the crash when the Model is below than the “LS Metro Worker Male”.
[ How to reproduce ]
(1) Set the Bodyguard Model as “Magenta” or anything below,
(2) Spawn the Bodyguard,
(3) Save the Bodyguard, and then
(4) Load the Saved Bodyguard.

Are there any fixes yet for the online vehicles despawning? really annoying I can't even use the Insurgent Pick-Up Custom now since it keeps despawning because of that BS stunt R* pulled. >_>
hi, everything seem to be working perfectly except that i cant refuel when using the feature. anyone knows anything about that?
Found a fix for the despawning vehicles but no idea if it works for all vehiclesyet. add this to your gta folder and when you spawn any vehicles you saved in ENT they won't be removed by the game and you can use them normally.

@Zemanez hi, can you fix the bodyguard spawn for addon peds?
saved bodyguard is also crashing

Not sure how that'd happen as ENT just saves the ped hash to the DB so as long as it exists in your game, it should spawn fine. Only issue I could see is if they've got custom clothing etc which ENT wouldn't support.

The vehicles shouldn't be despawning as the global didn't change as far as I can tell.

Nope ENT doesn't. The last few updates have been targeting Online only (mainly the anti-cheat).

Thanks for the info.
@Zemanez They were indeed despawning in a few seconds after I spawned them and it wasn't just with your trainer where the game removed them. I was finally able to use the vehicles again after placing Add-On Vehicle Spawner to the folder and that same file allowed me to spawn vehicles with ENT and simple trainer again.
@Zemanez Saved bodyguard recently crashed with skins below:
Franklin with Combat MG MKII
or
Trevor with Combat MG MKII
and
Wade with RPG
(without customized clothing and weapon modification)
with error message:

(it keeps crash no matter how many times i deleted the DB file in ENT appdata folder) :(
when i first time using the menu, only saved bodyguard with addon peds crash
@MrBaconChops -- Open ENT, and on the main menu, select "World". On the first page of menus, there are checkboxes that can be selected for "No Pedestrians" and "No Traffic". Be careful with the "No Traffic" option, though, as this will despawn any vehicle not currently being used by you. I'm assuming this is what you're asking about.
@Zemanez I get an error saying ENT.asi error
I don't know if anyone has run into this issue but for some reason the jerry can acts weird, What I mean buy that is we I try to pour the jerry can it get stuck in a half pour motion. Another issue is that if I give myself all the weapons the weapons wouldn't function properly as in only would shoot a handful of the ammo and the weapon would stop working.
I tried to see in comments if my question had already been asked, but wow its comments section is very popular.
Does this mod menu work on Steam Deck, because I read that your controller has to be removed before loading trainer, but the Steam Decks controller is built into the device.
Also, what game version does this mod menu work on please.
