another tip for author and modders, in the new version of the game (2612 ─ the new correlated version ScriptHookV is also recently available), the folder "...\update\update.rpf\common\shaders\win32_40_final" in the "1. Core Mod" it refers to a path no longer present ─ due to the latest update ─ there is another path added (now "update.rpf" and "update2.rpf"), in the original game, and the shaders folder "win32_40_final" has been moved there: "...\update\update2.rpf\common\shaders\win32_40_final".

for those suspicious, the file to download is only a .dds file an image, where the black pixels have been removed that create that effect called dither on surfaces such as the grass. obviously, if you modify the game files you do it first, but then you can't play online, if you want to modify from mods, it will occupy, even if minimal as a modification, many Gb, I think also for this reason that the authors of VisualVanilla have not proposed this solution.
for who want really completly remove all dither go in each of those files:

I found this solution in an russian site and actualy work.
maybe for someone its good, combined with other effects, but in my personal installation is very bad effect; VisualVanilla its very good, I like and use it, but the solution for the Dither not work for me. so I just want to share this to everyones, if the author of the mod want share in update, or description, feel free to share, its just a tip, not a mod.
and... for who want more keybinds codes, use this: KeyboardStateView https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/keyboard_state_view.html its a freeware program, and the site have many usefull utilities for Windows.
your trainer is very good, intuitive and simple. I ask nothing, all info I need is in the trainerv.ini (why befere I ask a question here) :)
the idea is good, and realistic, it would be more realistic if there was a randomization of the screams, in the sense: out of 5 injured only 1-2 scream the other 3-4 no; otherwise it becomes a symphony of lamentations XD
